Step 1: Search Page Help

To start your flight search will need to complete all fields on this page.

1. Select the country where your trip starts.

2. Select whether the trip is domestic or international.

3. Select type of trip travelling one way, return or multicity.

4. Select city airport where your trip starts.

5. Enter destination city in the box next to:

To select your city, type the first few letters of your requested city and then select your city from the list that appears.

Select your departing and returning dates by clicking inside the dates box, the current month’s Calender will pop up below the box where you have clicked to enter the date. Alternatively, you can click on the Calender icon for the Calender to appear, then select the date of travel you want by clicking on the day on the Calender. You can only select a date that is within 28 days from today because only flights departing 28 days from today’s date can be displayed. A date outside the 28 days window period will return no flights.

6. Select the number of passengers travelling, indicating how many adults, children and infants are.

7. Once you have completed all fields click on the search flight button at the bottom of the page to see as window showing flights available starting with the date requested.

Step 2: Select Page Help

 1. A list of available flights and airfares on the specified date and other dates within the 28 days window period will be displayed for you to select the one that meets your preferences.

2. Flights and fares are displayed in groups in two tables departing and returning.

3. A fare price is displayed for each flight. Prices are per adult for a one way fare and include charges and taxes.

4. The total price for all passengers will be displayed on the next page.

5. Each table displays airline logo, flight number, From (day, date, time and city airport) To (day, date time and city airport) Duration of flight and fare price.

  6. Placing your mouse pointer on the fare shows you the number of seats available at the displayed fare price.

7. Select the fare you prefer by clicking on the circle next to the fare, once selected it will be coloured differently from the other flights and fares displayed on the same table. If your trip is a return, continue and select a return fare on the table below displaying return flights and airfares.

8. Click the continue button at the bottom right hand corner of the page, this will take you to the next page, where only your selected flights and their fares will be displayed for you to review and confirm.

9. If you want to return to the previous page, click the go to search button at the bottom left hand corner of the page.

Step 3: Confirm Page Help

1. On this page your selected flights will be displayed for you to review and confirm.

2. The flights you have selected are shown including flight dates. Departure and arrival flight time, day, flight number, number of passengers and price per trip (Departing/Returning)

3. The tables below show a breakdown for the total price for the trip.

4. You have to click on the Terms and Conditions in order to be able to read them before ticking the box to indicate that you have read and accept the fare conditions.

5. All three boxes on this page below the selected flights must be clicked in order to be able to proceed to the next step of making a flight booking.

6. Once you have reviewed and confirm that the flights selected meet your needs click the continue button at the bottom of this page on the right hand corner.

7. If you want to go back to the previous step, flights and fare selection click the go back to select at the bottom of the page on the left hand corner.

Step 4: Payment Page Help

1. If you have used this website before all your personal identification details you used before are already stored in the site data base so you do not have to enter your details again. All you have to do is to enter your username in the box provided which must be the same email you used before and same password used on this website before.

2. If you are a first time user you need to enter all your details in the boxes provided in the registration form. All boxes with red asterisks are compulsory must be filled in order for you to be able to book a flight.

3.  Enter all passengers’ details names and ensure that details entered match the photographic identification passengers will use at check in.

4. Adults name should match the photo ID that will be presented at check in (e.g Passport or drivers licence)

5. Once you are done with entering the details, Book My Flight button will bring you to PayPal page. You have to enter your correct credit card / PayPal details in order to confirm your ticket. You will not be able to book an unsold ticket until a successful payment.

6. Once you have a successful payment through PayPal, you will receive an email with itinerary attachment in the email address you specified while booking.

We may need to contact you about flight, the contact details you provide will only be used for this trip.

We dont store your credit card information as its done via PayPal (128 bits SSL encryption) so you can be assure of that.

You will need to specify who you want to be contacted. The contact person can be one of the travelling adults or a travel arranger.

The email address is used to send your itinerary and receipt so it is important to check that it is correct. We may also use your email to contact you about flights up dates. To ensure that your emails is correct you will need to enter it a second time in the confirm email box.

You will need to specify both a daytime and an even evening contact number. This number can be the same if you wish and can be your mobile if this is your preferred number.

Enter the numbers as digits only with no spaces or special characters such as hyphens or brackets; include any area codes.
